Tricks to train kids to become responsible

    Hello,  Today my kids are seeming so organized and responsible. This is real! And they are of 11 and 4 years in age.Imagine! Kids sitting calmly engrossed in their own little world of toys and games. Isn't it a bit strange and that too while at home all the time during corona at large. So, this was a hurrah for me. Yes! I've nailed it and here I go expressing a few tricks to get them here. Here are a few things I would like to share with you regarding managing kids and their training to behave responsible . "My secret formula to train kids your way." As I always say "let them be". Suppose the kid needs to play with water/ paint/ small pieces of blocks etc. and mess the place. Let them. But make sure to take the promise to clean up the place afterwards with a simple warning - "you'll not be allowed the next time or mum will be sad otherwise". cool right? Giving quality time to kids

  Hi Friends,   I am an emotional person with 2 kids. Here is what I do to spend quality time with kids and that too without "taking out" any special time . Providing quality time to the kids should come naturally.  So, Here  are some of my ideas to give quality time to kids. Story Time : This is the best way to teach good things to kids. I create small stories impromptu. (eg. any story of a little child and her pencil box  just to teach no wastage of stationary items etc.)  These stories are my true saviors because at this time I feel I'm spending these 5 minutes 100 % with my kids with nothing else occupying my mind. While in my car : I always talk to my kids while in car. I show them the things around and even narrate various childhood stories to them. (eg. about my cycling experience on road when I was just their age.)  I tell them some of the interesting events of my life which make them understand the family bonds better. Watching...
